Job Purpose:

The Business Development Officer is responsible for selling a company’s products by identifying
leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing
existing customers with exceptional support.

A Business Development Officer’s main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and
create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue
goals.

You are overall responsible for creating, managing and building relationship with Titanium
Agency & Homes clients.

Titanium Agency & Homes is committed to providing excellent service and the Business
Development team play a key role in managing and maximising revenue and loyalty from current
and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing first class customer service through personalising and valuing our
clients, and to build long term relationships.
2. Maximise retention of existing and grow the long-term value of the client base.
3. Embed innovation to consistently exploring and implementing new and improved ideas and
ways of working.
4. Generate sales lead, build pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers
5. Call prospects daily and clients interested in properties/projects to offer them real estate deals.
6. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, business groups and
social media.
7. Conducting product demonstrations for sale and training properly.
8. Meet monthly, quarterly & annual sales target.
9. Execute product visibility and brand awareness in domestic markets.
10. Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.
11. Market research, competition analysis and follow market trends.
12. Staying up-to-date with new products/services of the industry
13. Able to assess customers need and resolve problems
14. To keep updated knowledge of all products and Compliance.
15. Submission of Sales / Meeting / Visit Report on daily basis
16. Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities.
17. Lead by example in delivering exemplary customer service and help build loyal and committed
clients through high quality engagement.
18. Act as an internal and external champion for putting the clients interests at the core of
everything we do.
19. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

General Responsibilities:

1. Proactively promote our products and services to clients.
2. Meet agreed personal performance targets and service levels.
3. Provide a courteous, helpful and professional service to all clients.
4. Collaborate with all internal teams, departments and external agencies as appropriate.
5. Champion our values of honesty, integrity, transparency and accountability when performing
your work.
6. Maintain and store all records in line with Titanium Agency & Homes document management
and IT policies.
7. Comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

Salary Package Starting From 40,000/-PKR
